How long does it take for my package to arrive?

It depends on where you order:

  • The Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Greece: 6-10 days.
  • scandinavia: 8-12 days
  • Rest of Europe: 5-25 days.
  • United States: 6-9 days.
  • Australia: 5-8 days

 
Can I change my order? Unfortunately this isn't possible.
I didn't get my track and trace code or order confirmation. Please contact our customer service.
My package is lost. When the package is lost, we will promptly send a replacement package to you. Please contact our customer service.
How much time do I have to return the package? You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the package.
Will I receive a refund if I return the package? Yes, you will receive a refund as soon as possible, once you return the package
How do I sent my package back? Please send youre package to the DHL point at Zuiderhoofdstraat 129, 1561 AK Krommenie. Please fill in your personal information and ad our email adress in DHL: TheHairUni@gmail.com. As first name you can use TheHair and last name Uni.
Who pays the retour cost? Retour costs are for the customer.
